This 26 gallon still boiler has it all! (2) 2" element ports, for heating element adapters (adapters sold separately), tri clamp gasket and cover plate. This boiler can also be fired with a propane burner. The bottom of the boiler is flat and recessed.

This boiler also comes with:

1.5" drain valve with down spout
Carrying handles
2" filler port with tri clamp, gasket and cap
4" column connection

Base Diameter: 19 3/4"

The 22 gauge copper stills that you see elsewhere on the internet are so thin that you can take your hands and crush them like a huge beer can. If you flip a 16 oz. 24 gauge copper still with your thumb and fore finger it will make a dent. If you punch this stainless milk can boiler with your fist, you might break your fist but there won't be a dent.

DETERMINING TRI CLAMP SIZE

Tri Clamp sizes are determined by the outer diameter of the pipe or tubing, not the outer diameter of the flange or Tri Clamp itself. The flange of a Tri Clamp fitting typically has about a ½” inch greater diameter than the outside diameter of the pipe. This can become especially confusing when the Tri Clamp fitting has no pipe attached to it, as is the case with adapters, For instance, a 1.5" Tri Clamp to 1/2" hose barb adapter is not 1.5" inches in any dimension, but the Tri Clamp end will fit any other 1.5" Tri Clamp fitting.

If you have any doubts about what size Tri Clamp fittings your project needs, simply measure the outside diameter of the flange (dimension "B" below) and consult the chart below, or feel free to contact us .

Great boiler! Very well made

The 26 gallon stainless boiler is a work of art, I stood and admired it for about an hour when I opened the crate. It was protected in plywood for shipping. This thing is very well made, the welding is great, and the adapter ports make life easy. I live that with a few adapter fittings, I can still use other stainless still parts and columns with the big boiler. Makes my hear much more adaptable to my needs. Great job! This will last years.

A two thumbs up for the 26 gallon boiler. Everything I was expecting and more. The pictures don't really show how nice this unit is. Two 2" tri-clamp fittings AND one 1 1/2 tri-clamp fitting (for the included drain) at the bottom. Pictures do not show all three in one pic. But they are there! Every piece, from the clamps to the drain system, to the well crafted heavy guage boiler are top quality parts that exceed my expectations. Thanks!
