I bought this thermometer and am extremely pleased with the repeatability & smoothness of the movement.
I bought it as a replacement and am very happy that I did!
My still column was purchased from a different maker that provides an articulated Thermometer (you cannot tell it is articulated by looking at photo on web site). When I made my virgin run, I discovered it snags on something inside making it necessary to constantly flick it with my finger. So I returned it & bought this one from Affordable Distillery & am very pleased with it.
